Install NSE Vulscan 1.0 to Kali Linux

Today I saw this post from Toolswatch.org on how to add vulnerability scanning capabilities to Nmap with NSE Vulscan 1.0.  So I followed the instruction to add vulscan 1.0 to my Kali Linux VM. 

The instruction said you need to extract the downloaded file "nmap_nse_vulscan-1.0.tar.gz" into the folder Nmap\scripts\vulscan\*.









Tried to run a quick scan and you will get the error below:



To make it works on Kali, you actually need to copy the extracted files to /usr/share/nmap/scripts/






Now rerun the scan:




That is it.
